  • The Aromas branch of the Monterey County Free Libraries is temporarily closed until further notice for unexpected maintenance work. Patrons can use nearby branches in Prunedale, Pajaro and Castroville. Check the library website for more services and information.
  • The Monterey County Commission on the Status of Women is accepting nominations for the 2015 Outstanding Women of Monterey County. Deadline for submission is January 30, 2015. You'll find more information and nomination forms here.
