Monterey County is re-designing its website and would like public input on developing a website that will best serve the needs of residents, business and visitors.


  • The Monterey County Parks Commission is accepting written comments regarding the Parks Strategic Plan. The draft plan is available for public review here. Comments must be received by March 13th. Comments can be sent via email or regular mail. Contact information can be found here.
  • The Carmel Valley branch of the Monterey County Free Libraries will host a special presentation about Monterey County's regional parks and preserves.
